We’re looking for a highly customer driven Sales and Admin Officer.

Icon Solutions is amongst the leading Information and Communication Technology Company. We provide support and supply of everything that is IT related from backup and disaster recovery to biometric solutions and cloud hosting.

Sales and Admin Officer Responsibilities::

• Handling of General Operations, Payroll, HR, Finance and Admin

• Liaising with / Assisting Finance / HR Firm

• Logistical arrangements and Planning.

• Collecting, Organizing and Filing of documents manually and electronically

• Answer / Reallocate emails and calls to concerned person

• Basic bookkeeping task: Issue invoices, P.O and cheques

• Taking Minutes of Official Meetings

• Accurately complete daily reports and other

• Compilation of financial records

• Attend to customers query

• Prepare and send quotations and invoices to clients

• Prepare Purchase Orders for suppliers

• Ensure proper follow-up with technical team for reported issues

• Follow-up calls to client to request update on quotation sent

• Prepare and send invoices post delivery

• Ensure efficient delivery of product / services to client

• Closure of internal control systems for technical team monitoring

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration (or any other related field)

• 2-4 years of professional experience in Admin Department

• Good email and phone etiquette

• Proactive and Dynamic

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Attention to detail.

• Good problem-solving skills.
